ABOUT
Larson Ventures Management, LLC is a private equity firm located outside of Philadelphia. Our mission is to invest in growth companies, enhance their management teams, provide them with necessary resources, position them among their competitors, and ultimately increase the value of their business.
Larson Ventures Management, LLC provides investment capital to companies with proven business models to help them accelerate their growth. For more than two decades, our executive team has established and maintained strong relationships in a variety of key industry sectors, including the software, branding, cosmetics, consumer products, engineering, pharmaceutical, and financial industries. Our team has a proven track record of improving operations, cutting costs, and optimizing management. We have the skill and expertise to raise funds by securing capital commitments from external companies, analyze prime companies for acquisition, conduct due diligence, and ultimately close deals. LVM is currently in growth mode, creating a portfolio of companies.

Scott Larson is Managing Partner at Larson Ventures Management, LLC. He is a visionary whose clear-sighted financial expertise makes companies relevant and profitable in today’s ever so competitive business market. For more than 25 years, Scott has been involved in several companies in which he has led strategy and made major business decisions, including reinvestment and growth opportunities, which have resulted in considerable rates of return for investors, stakeholders, and employees. Scott is a born leader with many years of experience in the financial and operations management of private companies and has a proven track record of improving financial performance. He is highly skilled in financial planning and analysis, design and implementation of internal controls and metrics, process streamlining, and change.
Maria Larson is Managing Partner at Larson Ventures Management, LLC and is involved in all aspects of the company from business development to talent acquisition. As a young entrepreneur, she started her first company in 1995 in the pharmaceutical industry with the concept of providing top-notch clinical research services to her clients at a competitive price. Her first priority has always been to ensure that the quality of the resources she provides is above and beyond her clients’ expectations. Maria grew her business from a small woman-owned diverse company into a major international clinical research organization that employs thousands of people and operates in seven different countries. Maria brings more than 25 years of experience in diversity vendor services and has a keen understanding of sponsor and employee needs. She has created, managed, and planned successful and precise business processes and led multimillion dollar projects in multiple countries. She is an innovative thinker and leader in outsourcing and talent acquisition and with her guidance, LVM is building strong, long-term relationships with both large and small companies in key industry sectors. Maria earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University in Philadelphia.
Don Peyton, Larson Ventures Management, LLC’s Chief Investment Advisor, has more than 25 years of experience in business leadership roles. His broad experience spans from small business startups through multibillion dollar global corporations. Over the years, he has worked in various industries including consumer products, pharmaceutical, and management consulting. Areas of focus for him have been supply chain, operations, procurement, and business process design and re-engineering. Don began his professional career by serving for nine years as an active duty officer in the United States Army, after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame. He has also earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago and a Master of Strategic Planning from Harvard University.
